Sun City Lincoln Hills

Sun City Lincoln Hills by Del Webb was developed by Del Webb in 1999 and in the final phases purchased by Pulte in 2003.  It is the largest Active Adult community in Northern California with 6800 single family residences encompassing 2,370 acres.  There are 38 different models ranging in size from approx 950 sf to 3100 sf all on individual, varying size lots many offering golf course and/or open space views!  What distinguishes LH from other Active Adult communities is the ideal location and visually interesting topography, challenge of the Casper-Nash 36 hole public golf course, breadth of community services and amenities, and the myriad of recreational activities that is the hallmark of Sun City developments throughout the country.

Sun City Roseville

Del Webb Sun City Roseville is an exceptionally beautiful 55+ Active Adult community built in the early 1990’s with over 3,000 single story, single family homes.  Its lush landscaping is peppered with majestic oak trees, expansive 2 private golf courses offering 27 holes of an easily maneuverable course that is often filled with golfers. 


Situated at the base of the Sierra Nevada Foothills, Sun City Roseville is located approximately 30 minutes northeast of Sacramento, approximately 1.5 hours from Lake Tahoe, 1.5 hours from Napa, 35 minutes to Davis,  30 minutes to Sacramento International Airport, and 30 minutes to 1 hour to the Mother Lode Wine Country.  What an ideal location for quick access to fun, cultural events and climate change!!

Springfield is a Pulte Development master planned 55+ Active Adult Community built in the mid 1990’s and located approximately 30 minutes NE of Sacramento in the Rocklin hills.

With over 800 single story, single family homes, the gated community of Springfield at Whitney Oaks offers its residents a smaller yet more intimate community environment that the larger, more spacious Active Adult Communities do not provide.  In addition, the views of the Sierras, Sutter Buttes and Sacramento Valley are unsurpassed throughout this region and provide spectacular sunsets with evening distant twinkling lights for the encore! 

Residents enjoy a beautiful Johnny Miller designed18 hole golf course at Whitney Oaks.
