I first met Kirby Riggs at a Brokers Open the first time I listed my property in Lincoln Hills. I was impressed with her astute observations of all the upgrades I had made to the property. She was the only agent that demonstrated this recognition. As fortune would have it, my property did not sell and I eventually took it off the market. The next time I decided to go on the market, I asked Kirby to present me with her plan to market the property. It was a bad market and Kirby pulled no punches in indicating that if I really wanted to sell, I would have to price aggressively. During the period my home was on the market, Kirby held an open house every Sunday and always pointed out the extensive upgrades to potential buyers in support of the asking price. She demonstrated good energy and always followed up with other realtors that showed my home.
